Designed by Piercy&Company, this contribution to the Mayfair landscape has been described by Caleus as a building that will deliver best in class, setting an example of sustainable development for existing property.
The elegant façade geometry does not quite fall to traditional lines that would more readily permit a unitised approach. Instead, the team have coordinating more traditional masonry construction, as this spoke to the existing structure and format you see whilst considering longevity in material use.
