Berkeley Square taking its name from the Berkeley family where their home stood until 1733. The square has also famously housed Oscar Wilde, Britain’s Sir Winston Churchill and the controversial Robert Clive.

36-38 Berkeley Square has been redefined by Piercy&Company taking inspiration from Ben Nicholson’s sculptural works, great to see the stone palette finding its way back into modern trends and eloquently applied.

Fortis completed structural and thermal engineering to demonstrate due diligence and adherence to code and Employers Requirements
