The university of Manchester is set to develop the Fallowfield Campus designed by Sheppard Robson Architects and will provide additional student accommodation. The education facilities will also incorporate balanced landscaping with amenity spaces for the occupants.
The scheme has targeted BREEAM excellent as a commitment to sustainable development.
